The hit 1989 sitcom, Seinfeld, created by Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David became a cult phenomenon.  The show follows the life of a fictionalized version of Jerry Seinfeld living in New York as a stand-up comic. Fans of the show can't get enough of Seinfeld and his close group of friends who are all strange in their own way. We have the eccentric and without boundaries Cosmo Kramer (Michael Richards), Elaine Benes (Julia Louise-Dreyfus) and Jerry's best friend, George Costanza (Jason Alexander).

We follow along as the group of friends live their minutiae everyday lives dealing with relationships, acquaintances, life's mysteries and the turmoils. Its better describes as a show "about nothing". The actors in the show surely made something of it and still are.

Heidi Swedberg (Susan Ross)

One of the main issues Geroge Costanza seems to have in the show is finding a woman he can stand and vice versa. Over the period of the show, George dates many women of all types and one stuck. Heidi Swedberg played Susan Ross who becomes George's fiancé for a short time. They met at the meeting with NBC to discuss the possibility of a new show.

Heidi Swedberg continued acting after Seinfeld in television shows Murder, She Wrote, ER, Gilmore Girls and Bones. Swedberg's last noted role in television is in Hawthorne playing Olivia Maxwell in the episode "Hidden Truths". She also plays the ukelele in her banc Heidi Swedberg and The Sukey Jump Band.

Patrick Warburton (David Puddy)

Elaine is a fiery and strong-willed woman and when she finds a man that sticks its something to behold. Patrick Warburton played David Puddy, a mechanic and car salesman, who dated Eliane on and off later on in the show.

Warburton has had a stream of good luck after Seinfeld including voicing the character Joe Swanson on the animated sitcom Family Guy. He also voiced Korn from the Disney animated film The Emperor's New Groove. In the Netflix series, A Series of Unfortunate Events (2017-2019), he played the narrator and writer Lemony Snicket. He was in The Orville as Lt.Tharl in 2019 for two episodes.

John O'Hurley (J. Peterman)

John O'Hurley played the fictionalized version of the real-life John Peterman. J.Peterman in Seinfeld is a catalog and retail entrepreneur who is Elaine's boss. He is a bit out there and described by Elaine as a "poet warlord" in one episode. O'Hurley has since made a long list of television appearances and is known for hosting Family Feud from 2006 until 2010.

Coincidently because of O'Hurley's role as J.Peterman, O'Hurley invested in the actual company and is part owner and board member. In 2015, he played Dr.Christopher Neff in the show Devious Maids. O'Hurley also lends his voice for voice acting in films and television such as Scooby-Doo! Stage Fright,The Flintstones & WWE: Stone Age SmackDown!, Archer, Wallykazam and The Powerpuff Girls.

Jerry Stiller (Frank Costanza)

You sometimes wonder why George is the way that he is and then you meet Frank Costanza and the picture becomes clearer. It's not every day your dad creates a new holiday to replace Christmas. Frank Costanza is played by actor Jerry Stiller. Yes, the father of actor Ben Stiller.

Jerry Stiller is now 92-years-old and that's not stopping him. Stiller reprised his role as Maury Ballstein from Zoolander in Zoolander 2(2016). For twenty-one episodes, Stiller played Principal Stickler in the Disney Channel show Fish Hooks in 2010. He also voiced Murray Weiner in the television film How Murray Saved Christmas.

Estelle Harris (Estelle Costanza)

Estelle Harris is a veteran in the game of acting and plays the marvelous role of George's Mother, Estelle Costanza in Seinfeld. Harris has a distinct high-pitched voice that has gotten her far in her acting career. She plays the famed Mrs.Potato Head in the Toy Story films.

Her most recent role is continuing to voice the starchy character in Toy Story 4 and other side films including Partysaurus Rex and Small Fry. She also voiced Velma Farnsworth in Futurama. In the 2015 sex-comedy film Promoted, Harris played Sylvia Silver.

Wayne Knight (Newman)

Newman is the arch-nemesis to our protagonists Jerry Seinfeld. The classic line of Jerry giving the stink eye and saying "Newman" is a show regular. Newman is Jerry's neighbor and a postman. He is also a fond friend of Kramer. Wayne Knight played the role of Newman and has made an even bigger name for himself.

Knight continued acting in the 1993 classic Jurassic Park as Dennis Nedry, Al McWhiggins in Toy Story 2 and Tantor in Tarzan. Knight still makes television appearances in the shows The Young and Restless as Irv and Benjamin Roth in The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair. In 2018, he played Patrick in the comedy-drama film Blindspotting.

He also does voice acting for animations such as Kung Fu Panda and voiced Baron Von Sheldgoose in Legend of the Three Caballeros.

Michael Richards (Cosmo Kramer)

Kramer is the oddball of the group who never seems to have a job and yet pays his rent on time. He lives across the hall from Jerry and doesn't know personal boundaries since he walks into jerry's apartment whenever he wants. Michael Richards was a hit playing the character of Kramer on Seinfeld and is often recognized for Kramers's curly hair and wide eyes.

After Seinfeld, he had his own show titled The Michael Richards Show, but it didn't last a full season. He went back to stand-up comedy. Richards had to announce his retirement from comedy in 2007 after a racial incident at the Laugh Factory. In 2013, he returned to television playing Frank in the sitcom Kirstie. He was also part of the short film Walk the Light as Lester and is in the 2019 film Faith, Hope & Love as Daddy Hogwood.

Jason Alexander (George Costanza)

George is a "bald stocky man" who is often in turmoil over his hair loss, his inability to relate to women and subsequent isn't fond of his childhood. He is Jerry's childhood best friend and is played by actor Jason Alexander. Alexander gained high recognition for his role as George getting him seven Emmy nominations.

Alexander has had various on-screen and off-screen works. In the play Fish in the Dark at the Cort Theatre, he played the role, Norman Drexel. He played Gene Lundy in Young Sheldon (2018), Olix in The Orville and voiced Mayor Hop in Pinky Malinky. Alexander voiced Syg Borgman in the animated web television show Harley Quinn. In 2019, he directed the musical The Last Five Years at Syracuse Stage.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus ( Elaine Benes)

The female friend of the group is Elaine Benes. Elaine once dated Jerry early in the show, but then progressed to be a member of the group after their breakup. Elaine is an assertive, intelligent and funny character who breaks the male ego in the group. She is described as 'one of the boys'. Elaine is played by Julia Louis-Dreyfus. 

Dreyfus had a successful role, playing Selina Meyer in Veep on HBO. In 2010, she made an appearance in 30 Rock. Dreyfus in 2016 hosted, for the third time, Saturday Night Live where she a former alumn. In 2017, Dreyfus announced she was diagnosed with breast cancer and later on in a 2018 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, she announced she was cancer-free. She is a voice actor in the 2020 film Onward and plays Billie in the film Downhill.

Jerry Seinfeld (Jerry Seinfeld)

Playing the shows the main character and the person the show is based on is no other than Jerry Seinfeld. Seinfeld created and wrote the characters and show with American comedian and writer Larry David. The hit show has won him millions of dollars and titled the most acclaimed sitcom of all time. Since Seinfeld, Seinfeld has had luck in just being himself.

In all television appearances he is in, he is credited as 'Himself'. This includes Curb Your Enthusiasm, 30 Rock, Louie, Inside Amy Schumer, If You're Not in the Obit, Eat Breakfast and Huge in France. His face and name is money. In the film Bee Movie(2007) he voiced Barry B.Bneson that got him nominated at the Kid's Choice Awards. He also has a Netflix show titled Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. In the show, he acquires vintage cars of guests' dreams and takes them out for coffee. Seinfeld hit the jackpot with the sitcom Seinfeld and it shows with a net worth of $920 million.
