Singer and songwriter Brandy has a beautiful daughter Sy'Rai Smith, who is like her in more ways than one. See how the singer's mini-me showed off her slimmer figure in a new picture shared on her Instagram Story.

American singer and songwriter Brandy Norwood is one of the most successful female musicians of all time, having sold over 40 million records worldwide. She is also an actress and has starred in several television shows and Broadway shows.

Despite her successful career, Brandy's biggest success is her 19-year-old daughter, Sy'Rai Smith, with whom she shares a close bond.

Sy'Rai, a spitting image of her mom, loves social media and regularly posts pictures and videos of herself on her verified Instagram account, where she has 207k followers.

In most of her posts, Sy'Rai shows off her love for fashion and modeling skills by posing in fashionable outfits. However, a recent post she made on her Instagram Story was much more than fashion and modeling.

The snapshot showed Sy'Rai posing on a free road within an estate. She looked so beautiful and was clad in a white body-fitting long-sleeved sweatshirt, which she paired with white shots, showing off her gorgeous legs.

She completed her look with white-and-blue sneakers and wore white Nike socks. She also accessorized with a white beaded necklace and rocked a gray head warmer.

Besides inspiring her mom, Sy'Rai is also following in her footsteps by going into music.

Sy'Rai posed with her hands on her sides and looked at the camera innocently. While her beauty and gorgeousness were on display as she stood out in the sun, it was her slimmer figure that caught the eye.

Brandy's daughter proudly showed off her weight loss transformation via a video she shared on TikTok last month. In the video, Sy'Rai displayed a series of before-and-after pictures that ended with a grand debut of her slimmed-down figure.

Although it is unclear how much it took Sy'Rai to achieve her weight loss goals, her caption to her TikTok video post showed she is proud of her achievement as she wrote:

"IM BACK..... #foryou."

Brandy is always proud of her daughter and paid tribute to her after she showed off her weight loss transformation. In an Instagram post, the proud mom shared a short video of them and Sy'Rai and the latter's TikTok weight transformation video. She captioned the post:

"Forever Inspired by You!"

Besides inspiring her mom, Sy'Rai is also following in her footsteps by going into music. She released her debut music single in April 2020.

The song, titled "At Your Best," was produced by Brandy's nephew, Aaron Smith, and is a tribute to deceased singer Aaliyah's 1994 single "At Your Best (You Are Love)."

Last month, Sy'Rai showed she has what it takes to have a successful career like her mom by recreating Brandy's megahit "The Boy Is Mine" in a TikTok video.

Brandy shares her daughter with producer Robert "Big Bert" Smith, who she dated from 2001 until 2003, a year after Sy'Rai's birth.

Although things did not end well for the former lovebirds, they are all about seeing that their daughter has a good upbringing and bright future ahead of her.
